Responsibilities:

- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date patient case records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Administer medications safely and precisely as directed by healthcare providers.
- Ensure patient comfort and prevent complications by regularly repositioning patients and monitoring their condition.
