Exciting Job Opportunity For Cook To Work In Oman!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals in large quantities for labor staff, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Specialize in preparing authentic Southern breakfast items for senior staff.
  • Cook and deliver high-quality special dishes for party and event orders.
  • Perform vegetable cutting and food prep as required to support kitchen operations.
  • Supervise food preparation processes and assign tasks to kitchen helpers effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards at all times.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in professional kitchen environments.
  • Proven experience in preparing large-volume meals and South cuisine.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead and guide kitchen staff.
  • Must be from Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
  • Must be Hindu.
  • Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with a half-day off per week.
