Exciting Job Opportunity For Cook To Work In Oman!!!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare meals in large quantities for labor staff, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Specialize in preparing authentic Southern breakfast items for senior staff.
- Cook and deliver high-quality special dishes for party and event orders.
- Perform vegetable cutting and food prep as required to support kitchen operations.
- Supervise food preparation processes and assign tasks to kitchen helpers effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in professional kitchen environments.
- Proven experience in preparing large-volume meals and South cuisine.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead and guide kitchen staff.
- Must be from Tamil Nadu or Kerala.
- Must be Hindu.
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with a half-day off per week.
