About the Role

This opportunity is available at two levels, depending on experience: Senior Team Member or Assistant Manager.
Both roles are hands-on and customer-facing, involving day-to-day retail operations, processing transactions, merchandising, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
At the Assistant Manager level, you will support the Store Manager with daily operations, lead and coach team members, contribute to performance outcomes, and help ensure the store runs efficiently and in line with company standards. This role is well suited to an experienced supervisor or emerging leader looking to step into a more senior position.
The store trades Monday to Saturday only, offering excellent work-life balance with no late nights, Sundays, or public holidays.
