    Job Description

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from planning to execution and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards during project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines.
  • Drive quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment at the project site

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Project Head should have:

  • 18+ years of experience in Project Management and post execution Site Management of Solar projects higher than 1GW capacity
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with a focus on renewable energy or project management.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a large organisation and coordinate with diverse teams.
