Exec - Visualization

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Information Designer who can translate complex market research data into visually compelling, insight-driven reports. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with researchers, understand data storytelling and create high-impact visuals that appeal to senior stakeholders, clients and decision-makers. The role requires a strong balance of design thinking, analytical understanding, and communication skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and clarity. Role : Liaise closely with Researchers and Analysts to understand concepts, insights, and data outputs. Transform research findings into visually engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations. Conceptualize, design, and execute project reports, including: Executive summaries Cover pages Infographics and visual narratives Convert complex data into clear, compelling infographic stories using charts, graphs, and visual frameworks. Design and maintain consistent design guidelines and standards across reports and deliverables. Create client-ready presentations (MS PowerPoint / Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PDF) Present and articulate design ideas effectively to internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure high attention to detail, accuracy, and visual consistency across all outputs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Requirements Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop AI tools including Canva Experience using Freepik, Shutterstock, or similar asset libraries Strong understanding of: Typography Colour theory Layout and composition Visual hierarchy Experience with data visualization (bar charts, graphs, dashboards, infographics)
Information Designer / Any graduate / NID or reputed design institutes preferred
