We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Telesales) for our Research and Development team. The role focuses on promoting PhD research assistance, journal publication, and academic support services through tele-sales and client communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients (PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions) via calls and emails.
  • Explain our research and development services and generate business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain lead databases and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle academic/research-related discussions confidently.
