We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Telesales) for our Research and Development team. The role focuses on promoting PhD research assistance, journal publication, and academic support services through tele-sales and client communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients (PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions) via calls and emails.
- Explain our research and development services and generate business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain lead databases and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle academic/research-related discussions confidently.
