Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office administration, facilities, and support services.
  • Administer, monitor, and reorder office supplies to ensure constant availability.
  • Coordinate and liaise with service providers, technicians, and external contractors for office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Monitor and maintain general office cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Ensure all administrative processes comply with ISO/IEC 27001 and SSAE 16 standards.
  • Maintain records of administrative activities, service contracts, and office inventory.
  • Support reception and front desk duties during staff absence.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and logistics when required.
