Role Purpose
The Executive – Administration is responsible for the smooth, safe, and compliant day-to-day functioning of the school campus, with specific sensitivity to Early Childhood Education (ECE) environments. The role supports the Principal and Vice Principal in administrative, operational, safety, and government liaison functions.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the major responsibilities:
Support Principal & Vice Principal in administrative tasks, documentation, and office memos
Manage school transport routing, punctuality, and child-safe pick-up/drop procedures
Monitor CCTV and campus safety systems
Ensure compliance with school policies and child-safety norms, including

POCSO

awareness and staff training
Liaise with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and ensure repairs meet child-safety standards
Maintain purchase requests, vendor bills, inventory, gate passes, and asset records for audits
