This is a part-time, remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling communication, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership team to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of the chapter.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and effective Phone Etiquette
  • Strong oral and written Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in remote environments
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Prior experience in a student or professional leadership role is a plus
