Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, scheduling and calendar management, handling email correspondence, managing phone communication with professionalism, and providing executive support. The assistant will also perform clerical duties and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities remotely.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication abilities
  • Competence in Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with office management tools such as email systems, calendar software, and basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Previous experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant is preferred
