This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Assistant to the Director, located in Pune. The responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication streams for the Director. The Personal Assistant will also provide administrative support, organize tasks and priorities, and handle correspondence and inquiries on behalf of the Director.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to manage correspondence and represent the Director’s directives
• Proficiency in administrative software and tools, including document preparation and calendar management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in close collaboration with the Director while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Familiarity with the blockchain or technology industry is an advantage but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• A proactive and adaptable approach to managing changing priorities and schedules
