The team ensures smooth day-to-day execution while also supporting high-impact initiatives that require tight coordination and follow-through. This includes managing schedules, communication, and logistics end-to-end- right from planning and coordination to implementation- so the Chairman can be most effective in his role. The role demands strong organizational excellence, execution rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.
