A cutting-edge organization in Dubai is seeking an executive to manage administrative documentation and ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor documentation using Zoho One
  • Implement efficient business processes across the entire ecosystem

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration, including personnel management, budgeting, accounting and bookkeeping. They will also oversee various business operations such as inventory control, supply chain management and logistics. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.



Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint etc., Basic computer programming skills preferably with experience using scripting languages Python SQL Ruby PHP Java
