Executive, Affinity & Digital Partnership

Responsible for acquiring new partnerships and referral partners, generating new business through partners, and ensuring smooth processes and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of Distributors
    • Manage distributors and client partners: acquisition, development, profiling, relationship planning, target strategy planning, joint business planning, issue resolution, execution of campaigns, consequence management.
  • Contract, Commission & Incentive Management
    • Manage distributor contracts and handle requests on contract conditions.
    • Support sales targets, research and analyze distributors and competitors, steer relationship managers or field managers, define distributor commissions and incentives, define sales management support, define sales processes, prepare marketing campaigns for execution, define required communication to distributors, ensure ...
