Role and Responsibilities:


1. Assist the Team of Alumni Relations in the implementation of the University’s alumni

relations plans and initiatives.

2. Support the day-to-day operations of the Alumni Relations Office, ensuring timely

execution of alumni engagement activities and smooth coordination within the team.

3. Assist in budget tracking, expense documentation, and administrative support related to

alumni events and programs.

4. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication regarding

alumni events, alumni groups, publications, and digital outreach initiatives.

5. Support alumni relations activities in the following areas:

  • Alumni benefits and services, in coordination with relevant University departments
  • Alumni communications, including newsletters, announcements, and digital content
  • Website and email communications related to alu...
