Job Description
**What you’ll do:**
The Executive Analyst will act as a trusted operational partner and advisor to the Business Head, enabling effective management of priorities, execution of key initiatives, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on coordination, execution excellence, structured reporting, and process improvement to ensure the leader can focus on business outcomes, growth, and decision-making.
Business Execution & Follow-through
Support execution of key business initiatives by tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leadership decisions and commitments.
Operational & Administrative Management
Manage day-to-day operational activities within the leader’s scope to ensure efficiency and continuity.
Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks impacting execution.
Reporting & Leadership Support
Prepare structured reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership ...
