What You Will Do
As Executive and Administrative Assistant you will serve as a key strategic partner to the General Manager, enabling the effective execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment, and optimizing internal communication. This role acts as an integrator across teams, leads the coordination of corporate events, follows up on executive meetings and ensures continuity in decision-making. This position has one direct report.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and proactively communicating updates.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for executive and leadership meetings.
- Follow up on action items and tasks derived from leadership sessions and strategic reviews.
