  • Assist in the planning and execution of executive projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support the documentation and contract management processes to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between various departments and external partners.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive management team.
  • Support executive decision-making with research, data, and analysis.
  • Assist in budget tracking or financial documentation for projects when required.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of project management or administrative experience.
