- Assist in the planning and execution of executive projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
- Support the documentation and contract management processes to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication between various departments and external partners.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive management team.
- Support executive decision-making with research, data, and analysis.
- Assist in budget tracking or financial documentation for projects when required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of project management or administrative experience.
