Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business activities
  • Maintain filing systems and manage confidential records
  • Assist with personal tasks and drive the executive to appointments/events when required

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Outlook preferred)
  • Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet in handling sensitive information
