Bend-tech Group (circa $50M revenue, 125 staff) is seeking a high‑calibre Executive Assistant to support our business owners & Managing Directors .

Your mission: create time and headspace for these two leaders so they can focus on strategy, management and philanthropic goals. Actively research and test cutting‑edge business improvements using AI and technology.

This role is a hybrid office/home role depending on the applicant's needs.

Salary & Bonus

Base salary: $95,000 – $115,000 + superannuation , depending on experience.

Performance bonus: Eligibility for a performance‑based bonus aligned with company performance .

(Designed for a professional, motivated EA who can operate as a strategic partner rather than just an administrator.)

What you'll do

  • Own inboxes & calendars for two executives – triage emails, draft responses, protect focus time, and manage all scheduling.
  • Provide support to special projects – Continuous improvement initiatives and new projects (particularly feasibility studies and wider pitches) will be a key feature of the role.
  • Leverage AI & modern tools – use (and keep learning) the latest AI tools to draft, summarise, research, and streamline admin and reporting.
  • Be the glue – act as a professional, discreet point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers, and step in wherever needed.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as an EA/PA supporting senior leaders (GM, Director, C‑suite or similar).
  • A minimum of 8+ years of EA/PA experience supporting senior leaders is required for this position.
  • Strong skills in Outlook / Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation and process improvement .
  • A "go the extra mile" attitude and a desire to free up leaders for creative and strategic work.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
