An Executive Assistant in the Media Entertainment & Film Production Industry is responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing appointments, handling communications reporting, arranging travel and accommodations for executives and production teams. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support day-to-day operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize reports and presentations as needed.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives and production teams.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the Media Entertainment & Film Production Industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
