Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences (onsite or virtual).
  • Track and manage action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Support budget preparation, expense reporting, and reimbursement processing.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required.
