Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences (onsite or virtual).
- Track and manage action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Support budget preparation, expense reporting, and reimbursement processing.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required.
