The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with a make-it-happen attitude. You will serve as the right hand to our operations team and provide strategic support to the CEO and the Board of Directors. If you are an expert at managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and ensuring every project material arrives on time, we want to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
360° Logistics: End-to-end management of travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and ground transportation) for both our consulting team and personal travel for executives.
Financial Oversight: Manage and reconcile travel expenses (per diems), ensuring strict budget compliance.
