Roles and Responsibility

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director and executive team including:
  • Managing several active calendars of appointments
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans/itineraries/agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Managing calendars, providing real-time support for scheduling meetings.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external contacts.
  • Supporting visitors by acting as point of contact for external phone calls, and emails as needed.
  • Answer phone and relay messages when needed.
  • Documenting expense claims and other basic reports.
