Roles and Responsibility
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director and executive team including: Managing several active calendars of appointments Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential. Arranging complex and detailed travel plans/itineraries/agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Managing calendars, providing real-time support for scheduling meetings. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external contacts. Supporting visitors by acting as point of contact for external phone calls, and emails as needed. Answer phone and relay messages when needed. Documenting expense claims and other basic reports. Office Management activities for Hyderabad including: Greet guests in a professional manner.
