Job Description
Objective:
To completely take over administrative, HR, finance, and operational tasks, ensuring the design team stays focused on projects while also assisting in scaling, automation, and creating alternate revenue streams. This role requires an organised, tech-savvy, and proactive individual who can help structure, automate, and optimise processes.
Salary Offered: Rs. 30,000- Rs. 35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities (Divided by Category) Marketing & Business Growth Support
Schedule and post content on Instagram, Linked In, and other platforms based on a content calendar created by the founder.
Research new marketing strategies and revenue streams that are ideated by the founder and assist in organizing and structuring the business for automation & scalability.
Requires strong organizational skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, Notion, and automation tools.
Assist in creating influence on social media by researching engagement strategies.
Client Coordination & Sales Support
Set up client meetings, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Send weekly project updates to clients in a structured format.
Make preliminary sales calls (optional, based on skill, with an opportunity to earn incentives).
Keep track of payment cycles, pending balances, and financial commitments.
Administrative & Operations Management
Manage my calendar and ensure all calls/meetings are scheduled.
Order food, book travel, and handle personal errands when needed.
Ensure project management boards (Click Up/Zoho Projects) are updated by the team.
Help Organise the business and create templates
Maintain and update a vendor sourcing list for materials and contractors.
Conduct required research on processes, automation, and operational improvements.
Assist in achieving the companyβs current goals, which include:
Scaling the business
Automating processes
Creating alternate revenue streams
Building a strong presence on social media
Finance & Payment Tracking
Fill up and submit bank statements to the accounts team.
Track invoices, payments, SIPs, and financial transfers.
Ensure client payments are on time and follow up as needed.
Disperse salaries, reimbursements, and bonuses.
HR & Team Management
Maintain employee contracts and update teams on policy changes.
Track employee leaves and attendance.
Ensure that project hours are recorded correctly and validate timesheets.
Conduct basic hiring tasks β find and onboard vendors, freelancers, or new team members.
Organise team meetings and internal reviews.
