About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast-growing digital business. This is a long-term role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving problems before they escalate.
You'll act as a central point of coordination between the founder, external agencies, and our remote team—helping keep operations, communication, and schedules running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the founder and external digital marketing agencies
- Coordinate communication with virtual team members, including video editors, graphic designers, and other contractors
- Assist with paying virtual employees, including tracking hours, salaries, and bonus structures
