Trade Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team
- Manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Navigate and work across multiple systems, tools, and platforms
- Anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and maintain strong organization
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
