Compensation:
USD $12/hour and above, depending on experience

Trade Management Group LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team
  • Manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Navigate and work across multiple systems, tools, and platforms
  • Anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and maintain strong organization
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
