Job Summary

• The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the organization


The key responsibilities will include:


Administrative


• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and event for executives

• Handling correspondence, emails and phone calls be behalf of executives

• Organizing and booking travel plans, accommodations and itineraries

• Preparing reports, presentations and other documents required by executives

• Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items

• Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality

• Assisting with special projects, research and tasks as needed by the executives
