    Job Description

  • Work closely with the General Partner to manage calendars, meetings and day-to-day schedules.
  • Coordinate interactions with investors (LPs), startup founders and internal team members.
  • Track follow-ups, prepare summaries and maintain dashboards to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Assist with organizing team meetings, events and offsites.
  • Support fundraising activities by helping prepare decks, reports and briefing notes.
  • Manage office operations, including vendors, supplies and guest experience.
  • Draft and publish content for LinkedIn, ecosystem notes and other communications.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth workflows.
