A top-ranking, award-winning real estate team with deep roots in Duvall and the greater Eastside is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support two high-performing agents. This role is essential to the day-to-day success of the business and blends transaction coordination with hands-on marketing and social media execution.


The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision once fully trained. You take pride in managing transactions from mutual to close, while also owning the execution of marketing timelines, listing promotion, and social media content. You understand how details like captions, visuals, accuracy, and timing affect brand perception and client confidence. While real estate experience is beneficial, we are open to training the right candidate. What matters most is your organization, marketing awareness, creativity, and follow-through.


This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, in-person role. Regular commuting to both Duvall and Bellevue is required. Some evenings and weekends are expected as needed based on listing schedules, transaction timelines, and business demands. Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Transaction Coordination and Client Experience

  • Manage transaction coordination for all listings and pending sales from mutual acceptance through closing
  • Track deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth closings
  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, addenda, and disclosures for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with escrow, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and vendors
  • Communicate with clients throughout the transaction to provide clear updates and a high-touch experience

Listing Preparation and Marketing Execution

  • Oversee listing preparation and marketing execution from start to finish
  • Coordinate photography, videography, staging, signage, and listing launch timelines
  • Prepare and publish listing descriptions, captions, and marketing materials with strong attention to detail
  • Execute social media posting across platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all marketing and client-facing materials
  • Assist with content organization, scheduling, and basic analytics tracking

Operations and Administrative Support

  • Maintain databases, systems, and internal workflows
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Track expenses and assist with reporting
  • Attend vendor appointments, such as photo shoots and listing preparation

Events, Community Engagement, and Execution

  • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events, gifting, and community marketing efforts
  • Thrive on checklists, timelines, and task management with a strong commitment to accuracy and completion
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance transaction and marketing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail in contracts, listings, captions, and marketing materials
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and listings simultaneously without missing details
  • Clear understanding of social media platforms and real estate marketing best practices
  • Comfortable executing social media posts, coordinating content, and following brand guidelines
  • Experience with real estate marketing or transaction coordination is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Adobe products is a major plus, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintains discretion and handles confidential information professionally
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, including Canva, Google, Instagram, and Monday.com
  • Confident working with strong personalities
  • Positive can and will do attitude with no task too big or too small

Licensing Requirement

  • Willingness to obtain a Washington State Real Estate License upon hiring, with reimbursement upon completion
