Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist leadership and teams by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties to support management and teams

  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently

  • Handle office administration tasks and maintain organized records

  • Follow up on assigned tasks, action items, and internal communications

  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

  • Assist in coordination between departments as required

Required Skills:

  • Experience in performing administrative and executive support duties

  • Strong meeting preparation and coordination skills

  • Interview scheduling and coordination experience

  • Knowledge of office administration and daily operational support

  • Good follow-up and task-tracking abilities

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
