Administrative & Coordination Support
- Provide executive-level support to the Corporate Affairs Leader, ensuring smooth operations of the function.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Corporate Affairs team.
- Collate and prepare reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards for leadership review.
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closures.
Vendor Management & Payments
- Facilitate vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
- Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) processes with accuracy and timely approvals.
- Track and reconcile invoices, monitor payment status, and proactively follow up on pending vendor transactions.
