Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Provide executive-level support to the Corporate Affairs Leader, ensuring smooth operations of the function.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Corporate Affairs team.
  • Collate and prepare reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards for leadership review.
  • Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closures.

Vendor Management & Payments

  • Facilitate vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) processes with accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Track and reconcile invoices, monitor payment status, and proactively follow up on pending vendor transactions.
