Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Assist with the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant social media channels.
- Manage CRM systems to organize leads, contacts, and campaigns effectively.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support business and marketing strategies.
- Draft reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met.
- Provide bilingual communication support (English and (Second Language, e.g., Spanish)) to serve a diverse audience.
