Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive entry-level Sales Assistant to be the key support for our Sales Enablement Coordinator and the sales team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process, maintaining CRM accuracy, and freeing the sales team to focus on selling.
Note: This role requires availability from 9 AM–6 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Assistant acts as the operational backbone for the sales team, primarily focusing on:
Deal Flow & Administration: Support deal execution by collecting missing documents, coordinating handoffs (Implementation, Finance), and ensuring contracts/proposals are accurate and delivered on time.
CRM Ownership: Maintain complete, accurate, and clean data in the CRM (Zoho) daily. Update deal statuses, manage client details, and remind the sales team of missing information or follow-ups.
Scheduling & Documentation: Book meetings, manage sales calendars, take detailed notes ...
