Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate)
Location: Remote from Latin America Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Availability: Required during U. S. business hours (EST; flexibility during live deals) Engagement: Contractor Reports to: Founder / principal
Compensation Base Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 USD per month (based on experience) Incentive: 5% commission on deals closed Performance-based upside tied directly to transaction success
