As an Executive Assistant in AirTrunk's Head Office in Sydney, you'll provide high‑quality support to the Chief Customer and Innovation Officer while partnering with senior leaders across the business. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, enabling efficient decision‑making and exceptional stakeholder engagement.

Please note this role is based in the office 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day‑to‑day executive support to the Chief Customer and Innovation Officer.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support stakeholder interactions.
  • Arrange and oversee corporate travel, itineraries, and logistical requirements
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, meeting packs, and minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.
