We are looking for an Executive Assistant to:
- manage calendars including conference calls, vacations and client meetings for Country Head Canada
- assist in planning, formatting and coordinating Canada participation within the Americas cross‑divisionally
- assist with the coordination of both cross‑divisional and cross‑functional operations in Canada, industry associations and sponsorships
- arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination, monitoring emails during travel
- coordinate the production of presentation materials, revenue tracking and meeting prep packets, finance management, including processing of invoices and expense reports, pension and out‑of‑policy approvals
