Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Answer phones, emails, and mail, and communicate on behalf of the executive.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars as required.
  • Maintain records, including contacts, filing systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Create presentations and summarize findings.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of any bachelors’ degree or four (4) years course
  • 2-5 years of experience as executive assistant or similar role.
