Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Answer phones, emails, and mail, and communicate on behalf of the executive.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars as required.
- Maintain records, including contacts, filing systems, and spreadsheets.
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Create presentations and summarize findings.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
Qualifications
- A graduate of any bachelors’ degree or four (4) years course
- 2-5 years of experience as executive assistant or similar role.
