Experience :
Minimum 5 years as Executive Assistant, Preferably from IT company
Work Location : Chennai & Work from office
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Calendar Management : Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating the executive's daily agenda.
Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Travel Arrangements : Booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries for business trips.
Administrative Tasks: Assisting with paperwork, expense reports, and other administrative duties.
Information Management: Organizing and maintaining important documents and data.
Project Support: Assisting in project management and coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Office Management : Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating office logistics.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
Relationship Building: Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Skills & Qualification required:-
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
Ability to pay attention to details, Should have good interpersonal & multitasking skills.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
