About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across departments. From chasing timelines to running daily operations, you’ll be the go-to person to keep things moving. This role is part executionist, part enabler, and all about getting things done with speed and structure.
What You’ll Do
✅ Coordinate across departments—Marketing, Ops, Sales, and Supply Chain
✅ Track progress and close loops on key priorities and projects
✅ Maintain trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and ensure timely follow-ups
✅ Support the Founder on execution and daily planning
✅ Run key meetings, note down actionable points, and ensure follow-through
✅ Spot process gaps and proactively suggest improvements
✅ Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace / MS Office, calendars, project tools)
