About the Client

The client runs multiple businesses, including a coffee company, a new coffee brand, digital courses, and a coaching/consulting practice.

The right EA will serve as their primary support system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping keep multiple projects organized.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the client's personal Executive Assistant, managing scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and streamline multiple projects across business ventures, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Support digital course management tasks (e.g., Kajabi, content organization) as needed.
  • Take ownership of calendar management, inbox support, research, and follow-up tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, checklists, and reports to create visibility and structure.
  • Manage personal tasks such as reservations, travel planning, and online ordering when required.
