**Executive Assistant to the CEO**
The Executive Assistant will be an integral part of the team and will work closely with the professionals of the firm. There is an expectation that the person in this position will be available after hours to assist for any last-minute items that may come up. Due to the firm´s current needs, the position will be in office, 5 days per week.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
Ø Manage and monitor the CEO´s calendar, schedule his appointments and set up meetings.
Ø Organize and plan extensive travel arrangements, both international as well as domestic: hotel accommodations, air ground transportation, meal reservations and detailed itineraries - both personal and business-related
Ø Prepare expense reports
Ø Answer phones, often of a confidential and/or sensitive nature.
Ø Assisting with drafting and editing letters, presentations, and related documents
Ø Produce minutes of meetings
Ø When required, assist with photocopying, scanning ...
