We're currently looking for an amazing Executive Assistant to help us provide administrative excellent and consistent support to the assigned executive, in order to facilitate, organize, ease and enable excellent execution of a productive executive agenda, with complex projects, initiatives and day-to-day unforeseen challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars multiple executives including booking and confirming meetings with productivity and sustainability.
- Own executive internal and external scheduling.
- Manage all details of executives business trips and transit requirements.
- Managing the flow and prioritization of incoming and outgoing materials, processes and demands
- Provide support with specific documentation and materials for projects presentations, folders and files.
- Answering phones and directing the calls to the correct people.
- Sitting in on meetings to take minutes.
