Role : Executive Assistant
Location : DIFC - Dubai
Role Purpose:
Supporting the senior management and staff of ADIB Capital on various admin functions including: calendar organization coordinating meetings coordinating with IT support and Vendor Management arranging supplies for the office maintaining filing and other related functions as described below.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Filing of work-related documentation
- Filing of expenses
- Managing DIFC portal
- Office-related admin: stationary liaising with IT deliveries coordinating with facilities management etc
- Sending & receiving docs for signatures (fund docs contracts with service providers etc)
- Preparing client presentations (printing / binding etc)
- Receiving phone calls
- Arranging meetings
- Coordinating with building maintenance for repairs
