Duties and responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support and general management with general administrative tasks
  • Organizing appointments
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Organization of meetings, conf-calls, video conferences.
  • Management of correspondence and dealing with incoming telephone, emails faxes and post.
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate information flow, periodic reporting, monitoring KPI related to the Top management activities in relation projects and country organization of the Middle East.
  • Control, manages meetings minutes, document configuration and data.
  • Handling stationary orders and different invoices in SAP. ...
