Duties and responsibilities
- Providing administrative support and general management with general administrative tasks
- Organizing appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Organization of meetings, conf-calls, video conferences.
- Management of correspondence and dealing with incoming telephone, emails faxes and post.
- Producing documents, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate information flow, periodic reporting, monitoring KPI related to the Top management activities in relation projects and country organization of the Middle East.
- Control, manages meetings minutes, document configuration and data.
- Handling stationary orders and different invoices in SAP. ...
