Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support. The EA will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across leadership, investors, clients, regulators, and internal teams while enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth and decision-making.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, review, and manage executive-level communication and correspondence
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefs, and follow-up action trackers
- Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely closure of action items
- Coordinate with leadership, investors, advisors, and board members
- Support execution of special projects and CEO-led initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and personal information
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries
- Manage documentation, records, and version control for key agreements and files
- Coordinate logistics for travel, events, audits, client meetings, and conferences
- Support compliance, board processes, and regulatory coordination as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred)
- 3–10 years of experience as an EA / Executive Secretary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively
- Absolute integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Experience working with founders, CEOs, CXOs, or senior leadership
- Exposure to startups, Saa S, technology, consulting, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with board processes, investor interactions, or compliance environments
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth organizations
