Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This is a high-visibility role that combines administrative excellence with strategic involvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the SVP HR handling sensitive information coordinating complex schedules and serving as a liaison between the HR leadership and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP HR
  • Shadow the SVP HR in key meetings and initiatives
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize appointments
  • Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and take detailed minutes
  • Draft correspondence reports and presentations
