Job Description

1. Managing emails, schedules and phone calls
2. Talking to clients and arranging the necessary info for them or delegating right person to get the work done
3. Coordination, Follow up and Delegation internal and external
4. travel booking, bill payments, similar sundry activities
5. 5. preparing quotations and data entry related to her work
6. ensuring systems are being adhered to and discipline is maintained
7. ensure in my absence work is always getting done. clients are getting answers. complains are being resolved. by the concerned people

Requirements

Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. - Must have his own 2 wheeler. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. - Professionalism and a positive, proactive attitude
