Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistance

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel requirements.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, briefing materials, and documentation needed by executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal or ad hoc tasks as directed by executives.

2. Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare letters, memos, forms, and basic reports.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, inventories, and administrative logistics.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them accordingly.
